1. What payments methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master and Discover Cards.
2. How do I pay with a check or money order?
Select the products that you wish to buy. At check out, under 'Payment Method', click on "Check By Mail". You will receive an E-Mail explaining how to complete the order.
3. How long does it take to receive an order?
7 to 21 days.
4. How do you ship my orders?
We ship ground service.
5. Can my order be shipped outside of the United States?
No, unfortunately we can not fill orders for shipment outside the United States.
6. What if I want to return an item?
If you are returning an item because of damage, then you need to call and get a 'Return Authorization Number' and directions on how to return the item. If you are returning an item that is not damaged, there is a 25% restocking fee.
7. What if an item is out of stock?
You will be notified by E-mail with the status of your order and given an option to backorder, have credit, or a refund.
